Notification System Foundation
The Notification Systems Foundation course focuses on the daily tasks you perform with your Altiris solutions. In this highly technical class, you will learn the essential setup and configuration options available with Altiris Notification Server 6.0 software as well as best practices for network design, package server configuration, and Web report generation. You will also learn how to perform core processes, including collecting inventory and distributing software. Other skills and knowledge you’ll learn include creating Web reports and learning how to troubleshoot, configure, and build an effective environment. Hands-on labs throughout the class help solidify concepts so you feel confident applying Altiris infrastructure concepts in your organization.
